CAN’t i JUST hire in house?
Yes, of course, if you’ve got the skill, talent, time and resources, in-house is awesome. We just know that hiring a top-tier senior copywriter in SA costs upwards of R60k a month and if you add bonuses, perks etc. your total cost goes up to R100k easily.
And then you have to know that most SA copywriters come from the media and advertising space, meaning they’ve only ever worked with corporates, never built their own business and just generally have no clue what it’s like in the tech and startup space – or how it functions.

is there a content limit?
Once you’re subscribed you get to load up as many content requests as you’d like. On the Basic Plan, you can queue 10 priority content slots at a time, and as soon as one’s completed, you just keep adding so you always have 10 in the queue.
On the Professional Plan, you can queue 20 slots at a time, and again, as they’re completed you just slot in new ones so you have a continuous pipeline of 20 content pieces in the queue.

what is the turnaround time on each piece of content?
You’ll get your top-priority content piece delivered to you in 48 hours (2 business days). And if it’s all good to go, great! But if you need changes you request them and we shift them back to number one in your content queue and you get it all wrapped up in a bow in another 48 hours.
What if i need changes made?
No problem – you have unlimited revisions! You just leave us a note with what you want and we do it. Just note: Revisions are cycled back to the top of your content queue and delivered in 48 hours, so keep the rest of your queue in mind and make your feedback as detailed as possible so we can get it just the way you want it as fast as possible.
how do i request content?
It’s super easy. You have your own private content dashboard, where you can just start adding as many content ideas and briefs as you like, using our templates. Then, when you’re ready to start requesting, you just label the first piece of content you want as number 1 in your queue, the second as number 2 and so on – you’ll get a personal demo of how to work the dashboard in onboarding.
what if i only have 1 piece of content?
All good by us. You simply queue it up, receive and, once you’re happy with it, hit pause on your subscription until you’re ready to brief in some more content again.
can i really pause and restart it?
Jip. We know things happen – sometimes you have a crazy month and you fall behind on content requests. No problem, Stream is super-flexible – you just hit pause when you need to, come back when you’re ready and take up where we left off.
